Renting

BW  Housing  has  an  extensive  list of of  partially  and  fully  furnished  apartments,  studios and  houses.  We  of  course  can,  on  your  behalf,  approach  other  real  estate  agents  to check  their available listings.  Our databases of offerings is checked  against your  listed  requirements  and  a  selection  of  possible  apartments  and/or houses is prepared. An appointment is made  and  the  selected  apartments and  houses are visited. After you’ve made your choice and an offering is agreed upon, BW Housing checks this offering with the  owner  and/or  colleague real  estate  agent and if accepted  the  rental contract  is  drawn up.  Of  course  the  rental contract can be made in your or your employer’s name.

After the contract has been duly  signed BW  Housing  will  arrange  for  the  check-in. The check-in is an extensive check of the state of  the  home and the eventual furniture and fittings; The check-in is completed with photographs of the home.

For your info; Partly furnished  means inclusion  of  carpet  and  curtains,  kitchen  equipment  and  washing machine and dryer. Fully  furnished  means;  the  only  thing  you  have  to  bring  are  your  cloths  and  personal belongings.
